Pecka Products will allow goods to be returned if they are deemed faulty by us; are damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped by our warehouse. We take great care of our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If for some reason you have received damaged product, please email us within 48hrs of receiving the item to obtain a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number.
For items damaged through transit, we will refund the full amount of your purchase (excluding return shipping back to us unless we have agreed otherwise) or send a replacement, as long as you do the following:
Return the item to us, in the same condition as you received it, complete with all packaging and within 10 business days after issue of the RMA number We regret that we cannot authorise the return of an item that is not in its packaged condition.
